I met Achal ji in 2018 when Mahila Housing Trust was scouting for a consultant who can help to design & execute strategy to improve placement of trained women worker as skilled worker in construction industry. He amazingly transferred his decades of sales and marketing experience to fit in the requirement of this social economical project. His expertise lies in coaching team members to help them address field issues and enabling them to execute strategy. I found him persistent, goal-oriented, patient and clear communicator. It has now been more than 3 years and we look forward to continuing this collaboration.
