I know Achal the coach since my initial marketing days in Vadodara. The first thing I learnt from him was the importance of Time Management. I still remember my first meeting at his work place where he described me how he paces his typical day in work place. The initial few hours involved setting the agenda for the day, communicate and delegate to his team, only to take a stock of them by evening. This way he ensured he did not disturb his team too when they were in the market or running office errands. He was also strict on avoiding personal and unwanted calls during the initial hours but religiously used to call them when he was free by noon. Our interactions grew over a period of time and I learnt a lot on sales during his session in AMA too.
